CorePath 2024 FIESTA Medal

In 2024, I designed CorePath’s first-ever Fiesta Medal, introducing the company to San Antonio’s vibrant Fiesta tradition. Coinciding with CorePath’s 15th anniversary, the design celebrated both local culture and the company’s milestone. The medal featured a bold floral shape adorned with 17 multicolored cancer awareness ribbons, symbolizing the diversity of CorePath’s work. At its center, a dual-sided spinner showcased the company’s logo on one side and a microscope with a DNA helix on the other—set against a glittered background evoking imagery seen through a pathologist’s microscope.

CorePath 2025 FIESTA Medal

Following the success of the 2024 release, I was invited to create the 2025 Fiesta Medal. This design took inspiration from papel picado, a traditional Mexican decorative craft often seen during Fiesta. The intricate layout included symbolic imagery of a microscope and a white cancer ribbon, with a central spinner featuring the CorePath logo and motto on one side, and an illustration of the CorePath building on the other—blending cultural relevance with institutional pride.
